These spindled chuck back plates are made from steel and are 3 inches long.

Spindle end is threaded either 1" x 8 tpi OR 1-1/2" x 8 tpi depending on model.

Model DCB-011: 1" x 8 tpi / Model DCB-015: 1-1/2" x 8 tpi

The opposite end has a precision machined 1.000+/-.002" inch stud, (1-1/2 inches long), to be held securely and very accurately in your 5C (or other type) collet chuck.
